Located on the west wide of Dawes Road, just east of Main Street, the property is uniquely positioned as a major transportation hub – immediately adjacent to the Danforth GO Station and steps from the Main Street Subway Station as well as the Line 506 Streetcar. The site is currently improved with a 779 unit self-storage facility professionally managed by Apple Self Storage.
The property was acquired with a vision to re-imagine the existing development block through the integration of a new GO Station in partnership with Metrolinx as well as a brand new Main Square Community Centre. A re-zoning submission was made in October 2019 which is presently under review.
