Carlyle identified a derelict and forgotten retail plaza located in South Mississauga’s prestigious Mineola community with a vision of redeveloping the property to complement the existing context of the neighbourhood. Carlyle successfully rezoned the property to permit the development of twenty bespoke freehold townhomes.
